3i Infotech Ltd has informed BSE about the changes in the Composition of the Board of Directors as under:<br/><br/>1. In terms of the Master Restructuring Agreement signed between the Company and the lenders under Corporate Debt Restructuring (CDR) package on March 30, 2012 as amended from time to time, IDBI Bank Limited, one of the CDR Lenders has appointed Mr. Shantanu Prasad as Nominee Director on the Board of the Company. Mr. Shantanu Prasad has been appointed as Nominee Director of the Company with effect from September 16, 2014.<br/><br/>2. Dr. Ashok Jhunjhunwala, Independent, Non- Executive Director has resigned from the Board of the Company effective September 15, 2014. He has informed that his resignation is on account of certain Professional Commitments.
