We would like to inform that the Nomination & Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. January 30, 2024, pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulation, 2015, approved grant of 16,40,000 stock options to the identified employees under the "5Paisa Employee Stock Option Scheme - 2023" (5Paisa ESOS - 2023) of the Company, each Option being convertible into one Fully Paid-up Equity Share.
