ACKNIT INDUSTRIES LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

It is informed that pursuant to Regulation 9 (Clause 4 of Schedule B) of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended by SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 and Company''s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window to deal with securities of the Company for all designated persons (including their immediate relatives) will remain closed from 01st July, 2024 till 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2024.
