ADVIK LABORATORIES LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

This is with reference to BSE Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 02, 2019 issued by BSE Limited pertaining to clarification regarding trading restriction period. In compliance of the aforesaid circular and pursuant to Company''s code of conduct for prevention of Insider Trading to regulate, monitor and report trading by designated persons, the trading window of the Company shall remain closed for all the Directors, Promoters, KMPs, other Designated Persons/employees and their immediate relatives from Saturday, 01st October, 2022 upto 48 hours after the Unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2022 are declared to the Stock Exchange and made public. The date of meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2022 will be informed to the Exchange in due course.
