With reference to your email dated 28th November, 2022 and pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations And Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we inform you that Mr. Jaysingh Ashar, Non-Executive Director has resigned as a Director of the Company with effect from November 26, 2022, due to his pre-occupation. The details required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI circular no.CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015 are given as per Annexcure-1.
