Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform the exchange that the share certificate(s) of the Company has been reported as lost/misplaced and the shareholder(s) or their legal heir(s) of such lost share certificate(s) have requested the Company for issue of duplicate share certificate(s) for the purpose of claiming those shares from the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF).<BR> <BR> We enclose herewith a letter received from Link Intime India Private Limited, Registrar and Share Transfer Agent giving the proof of the date of receipt of aforesaid information by the Company.
