Apex Frozen Foods Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, Trading window for dealing in Equity Shares of the company shall remain closed from Monday, the 01st April 2024 till the completion of 48 hours after declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2024, for all the promoters/promoters group/Directors/KMP/Employees of the company including designated persons, insiders and their immediate relatives.
