Aptus Value Housing Finance India Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

This is to inform you that in terms of the Prohibition of Insider Trading Code adopted by the Company under Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for all designated persons of the Company and its subsidiary from April 01, 2023 till 48 (forty eight) hours after declaration and submission of audited Financial Results of the Company for the financial ended March 31, 2023 to the stock exchanges.
