This is to inform you that, in accordance with the Company''''s Code of Conduct for the Prevention of Insider Trading and Code of Corporate Disclosure Practices, the Trading Window shall remain closed for trading in Securities of the Company, for all the designated persons and their immediate relative(s) from 1st April, 2021. The trading window will be open 48 hours after announcement of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and full year ended 31st March,2021.
