Berger Paints India Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 26, 2022, inter alia, to consider and approve, the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended on March 31, 2022.<BR><BR>At the said Meeting, the Board of Directors would also consider recommendation of Dividend, if any, on the Equity Shares of the Company for the financial year ended on March 31, 2022.
