Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 as amended, we enclose herewith copy of notice published in newspaper on 31st May, 2024 i.e. Business Standard (English) and Aajkal (Bengali) as required under IEPF (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016 as amended from time, inviting attention of concrned shareholders to submit their claims in respect of unclaimed dividends of the Company for last seven consecutive years failing which their shares would be transferred to IEPF Authority in accordance with Section 124(6) of the Companies Act, 2013 and rules made thereunder.
