Please be informed that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended and Company's Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in shares of the Company will remain closed for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from July 01, 2022 until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2022.
