Pursuant to Regulation 30 of Listing Regulations, we wish to inform you that the members of the company in 33rd Annual General Meeting of the company held on Tuesday, July 16, 2024 which commenced at 03:00 P.M. and concluded at 03:35 P.M. has declared final dividend of Rs. 0.10/-(5% of equity shares of Rs. 2/- each ) per equity share as recommended by the Board of Directors for the financial year 2023-24.
