With reference to the earlier letter dated January 13, 2021, intimating that a Board Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 01, 2021, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2020.<BR><BR>In this regard, Coromandel International Ltd has now informed BSE that the Board at the abovesaid meeting will also consider payment of Interim Dividend for the financial year 2020-21.
