Capital India Finance Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

In compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, from time to time and as per the Prohibition of Insider Trading Code of Capital India Finance Limited ("Company"), the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for its Designated Persons / Connected Persons and their immediate relatives, from October 01, 2022, till the expiry of 48 (forty eight) hours after the un-audited financial results (standalone and consolidated) of the Company, for the quarter ended on September 30, 2022 ("Financial Results"), become generally available information.
