Accordingly, we state that the Statutory Auditors have issued an Unmodified Opinion Audit Report for the F.Y. 2021-22 and thus we hereby attach the Declaration regarding the same in accordance with Regulation 33 (3) (d) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
