DABUR INDIA LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to the requirements of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time and Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, the Trading Window for trading in equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from 01.07.2024 to 03.08.2024 (both days inclusive).
