DCB Bank Limited - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Allotment of ESOP / ESPS

We wish to inform you that the Bank has issued and allotted 26,500 equity shares of Rs.10/- each today i.e. on July 22, 2024 to the employees of the Bank, pursuant to the terms of the Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) of the Bank. Accordingly, the issued and paid-up share capital of the Bank stands increased from 313,213,555 equity shares of Rs.10/- each to 31,32,40,055 equity shares of Rs.10/- each. Kindly take note of the above in compliance with the requirement under Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
