In continuation to our earlier communication dated November 9, 2021 and pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that Dr. T. Balaji Naidu (DIN: 00002755), Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director of the Company has retired with effect from January 21, 2022, since attaining the age of 75 years. The Board of the Directors deeply appreciate his valuable contributions during his term as Director of the Company for close to four decades. Details pursuant to Regulation 30 and other relevant provisions of the SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015 is enclosed as an Annexure. This is for your information and records.
