ESAF Small Finance Bank Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Insider Code of Conduct of the Bank, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Bank shall remain closed for the designated persons of the Bank from July 01, 2024 till 48 hours after the announcement/declaration of the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Bank for the quarter ended June 30, 2024.
