In compliance with Regulation 30 read with Schedule III Part A Para. B of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, with Stock Exchanges, corporate announcement/intimation is hereby given that Unit 1 of Padra Plant will be closed for 3-4 weeks owing to planned regular maintenance schedule and associated equipment upgradation work. Our existing product inventory will be sufficient to fulfill product demand during this period
