Please be informed that in terms of Company's code of conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed from 20th September, 2021 to 30th September, 2021 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 66th Annual General Meeting to be held on 27th September, 2021.<BR> <BR> Further, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall continue to remain closed for the 'Designated Persons' from Friday, 1st October, 2021 onwards, upto 48 hours after the Board Meeting which will be held for the consideration of unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th September, 2021 (both days inclusive).<BR> <BR> This is for your information and record.
