we state that directors and other members present in the Board meeting held on 29" day of July, 2022 decided to defer Agenda item relating to Preferential Issue of Equity shares at present as it was suggested by the Independent Directors to consider other available options for issuance of further Equity Shares and raising of funds accordingly.
