We wish to inform that Integrated Registry Management Services Private Limited, Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA) has received intimation from Suresh Chandra Gupta, shareholder on 23rd November 2022 regarding loss of share certificate. The duplicate shares will be issued after completion of requisite formalities by the shareholder in compliance with SEBI Circular SEBI/ HO/ MIRSD/ MIRSD_RTAMB/ P/CIR/2022/8 dated 25th January 2022.
