In accordance with the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended and in terms of trading restrictions placed by the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all Designated Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives from Saturday, April 01, 2023 and will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2023.
