Laxmi Organic Industries Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

In terms of the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time and in terms of Company''s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in equity shares of the Company shall remain close for all the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives, for the period from Monday, July 1, 2024 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended June 30, 2024. The date of Board Meeting for the declaration of the Unaudited Financial results of the Company for the Quarter ended June 30, 2024, will be intimated in due course.
