We draw attention of all the members of Markolines Pavement Technologies Limited (the 'Company') towards the Annual Report 2022-23 along with the Notice dated September 05, 2023 convening the 21st Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of the Company held on, Saturday, September 30, 2023 at 10:00 A.M. at the Registered Office of the Company situated at 502, A Wing, Shree Nand Dham, Sector 11, CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai - 400614. In this regard pursuant to Regulation 34(1) of the Listing Regulations, please find enclosed herewith the Corrigendum to the Annual Report 2022-23 along with updated Annual Report 2022-23. The said corrigendum along with updated Annual Report of 2022-23 will also be communicated to members of the Company, through email and the newspaper publication. Kindly take the same on your records.
