We wish to inform you that based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, the board of directors of the comapny has at its meeting held today i.e. on 08th July, 2024, recommended the appointment of M/s Vikas Wasson & Associates, Chartered Accountant (Firm Reg. No. 026171N) as the internal auditors of the comapny for the F.Y. 2024-25.
