NIHAR INFO GLOBAL LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 and the Company''s Code for Prevention of Insider Trading and Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information, the trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company shall remain closed for all designated persons (including their immediate relatives) of the Company from 1st July, 2024 and the trading window shall open after 48 hours of announcement of the Financial Results for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2024. The date of the Board Meeting to consider and approve the Financial Results for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2024 shall be intimated separately in due course.
