Arihant Capital Markets Ltd ("Manager to the Delisting Offer") has submitted to BSE a Copy of public announcement to the Equity Shareholders of Novopan Industries Ltd ("Target Company") in respect of Delisting Offer under Securities and Exchange Board of India (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009 (SEBI Delisting Regulations) by GVK Projects and Technical Services Ltd ("Acquirer")<br/><br/>The Equity Shares of Novopan Industries Limited (Target Company) will no longer be traded on the BSE Limited (BSE) and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) with effect from November 03, 2014 and the Equity Shares of the Company would be delisted from BSE and NSE with effect from November 10, 2014.
