Pursuant to Company''s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company would remain closed for all the Directors, Officers, Promoters, designated persons and specified connected persons from Saturday, October 01, 2022 and shall re-open after expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2022.
