With reference to the caption subject and on the basis of intimation given by the Acquirer namely Mr. Narayanbhai G. Patel, Promoter of Patels Airtemp (India) Limited (Target Company - TC) the Company on 27th November, 2021, we hereby disclose that the said Acquirer has acquired 3,434 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each representing 0.07% of the total issued and paid-up capital of Target Company - TC from Open Market on 26th November, 2021.<BR> <BR> In this regard, we hereby notify and enclosed herewith disclosure dated 27th November, 2021 received from Acquirer under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011 to Stock Exchange for your reference and records.
