In terms of provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that pursuant to the communication dated 3rd January, 2022 received from Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC), Shri Subhash Kumar (DIN: 07905656), Nominee Director, ONGC, has ceased to be the Director on the Board of the Company w.e.f. 1st January, 2022 due to his retirement from the services of ONGC on attaining the age of superannuation on 31 st December, 2021.
