We wish to inform that Financials for the year 2023-24 were considered and approved in the board meeting held on 30.05.2024. but there was some technical issue while login into the bse listing portal and outcome alongwith results could not be submitted on 30th May, 2024 and was submitted on 31st may, 2024 once the issued was resolved next day. We had also intimated the exchange through email dated 10th June, 2024 about this reason in response to mail received from BSE for delayed submission of outcome of board meeting
