This is to inform you that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with Company's Code of Conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by designated persons and their immediate relatives, the 'Trading Window' for trading in shares of the Company will remain closed with effect from 1st July, 2022 till 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results of the Company for the quarter ending 30th June, 2022.
