Please take note that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Designated Persons including their immediate relatives and connected persons (as defined in the Code) with effect from 01st April, 2023 for the purpose of consideration of Audited financial results for the Fourth quarter and year ended 31st March 2023. The trading window shall open 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results for the Fourth quarter and Year ending on 31st March 2023 to the Stock Exchange.
