Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (SEBI Listing Regulations), please be informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today has inter-alia approved the unaudited Financial Statements (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2022. Pursuant to Regulation 33 & 52 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, we enclose the Statement of un-audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2022 along with the Limited Review Report of the Auditors thereon.
