Approved holding of 39th Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Company ('AGM') on Friday, December 30, 2022 at 20 Downtown Conference Hall, 2nd Floor, South-West Wing, Cambata Building, 42, M. Karve Road, Churchgate, Mumbai- 400 020. 5. Grevek Investments and Finance Private Limited ("Grevek") is one of the shareholders, presently classified as one of the Promoters of SKIL Infrastructure Ltd.The Company has received a letter dated December 2, 2022 from Grevek seeking reclassification as a Public Shareholder. 6.subsidiaries namely Gujarat Dwarka Portwest Ltd., SKIL Pte. Ltd. and Chiplun FTWZ Pvt. Ltd. have been invoked by lenders. said companies have ceased to be the subsidiaries of the Company with effect from 2nd December, 2022.
