Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the SEBI LODR Regulations and in terms of SEBI Circular - SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MlRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR/2022/8 dated January 25, 2022 (the 'SEBI Circular'), please find attached intimation sent by the Registrar and share transfer agent of the Company (KFin Technologies Limited) regarding loss/misplacement of share certificates of the Company. Pursuant to SEBI Circular, a letter of confirmation will be issued to the shareholders only after the receipt of all necessary documents and compliance of required formalities.
