STERLING TOOLS LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

Notice is hereby given that in compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015 read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time, the trading window of the Company shall remain closed from the opening hours of 1st October, 2022 till 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results for the Quarter/ Half Year Ended 30th September, 2022. This closure of the Trading Window is occasioned by reason of declaration of Financial Results for the Quarter/ Half Year Ended 30th September, 2022.
