SUN SOURCE (INDIA) LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

This is in continuation of our earlier communication letter dated 31.03.2020 regarding closure of trading window from 01.04.2020 till completion of 48 hours after the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Financial Year ended 31.03.2020 generally made available to the public. The said closure period of trading window is still continuing as the Board of Directors shall consider the said audited financial results for the Quarter and Financial Year ended 31.03.2020 on or before 31.07.2020 in view of extension given by SEBI vide its Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CMD1/CIR/P/2020/106 dated 24.06.2020.<BR> <BR> Pursuant to provisions of Company''s Code read with SEBI (PTI) Reg, 2015, Trading Window for trading in securities of the Company shall continue to remained closed for Designated Persons and Immediate Relatives of Designated Persons till completion of 48 hours after the Un-Audited Financial Results for the First Quarter ended 30.06.2020 generally made available to the public.
