The Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company by all designated person(s) (including their immediate relatives) and specified connected persons will be closed for declaration of Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ending on 31st March 2025, from the first day after the end of quarter, i.e., 01st April 2025 up to the expiry of 2 (two) trading days after the date of declaration of the said financial results.
