With Reference to announcement submitted on 25th July,2024 in respect of appointment of Amir Aslam as Secretarial auditor of the Company for the Financial Year 2024-2025, we would like to mention that we inadvertently mentioned as internal auditor instead of Secretarial auditor. With Compliance with Reg 30, we are resubmitting the Announcement with the correction.
