The Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held today at shorter notice ie July 15,2024 appointed Mr. Madhur Agarwal -ACS 72821 as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from July 16,2024 , who shall be the Key Managerial Personnel as per the provisions of Companies Act,2013 and SEBI Listing Regulations.
