Tierra Agrotech Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI(PIT) Regulations, 2015 and Company''s Code of Conduct to regulate and monitor and report trading by the insiders, the trading window for transaction in securities of the Company for all the designated persons and their immediate relatives will be closed from Tuesday, October 01, 2024 till 48 hours after declaration of unaudited financial results for the second quarter and half year ended 30th September 2024.
