With reference to the SEBI Circular no. SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated 26th November, 2018 (SEBI Circular), with respect to borrowings/fund raising by Large Corporates (LC). In this context, we would like to inform that our Company does not fall under the category of Large Corporates (LC) as per the framework provided in the above referred SEBI Circular.
