Godrej Industries Ltd has informed BSE that it has fixed January 06, 2015 as the Record Date for the purpose of ascertaining the names of shareholders of Wadala Commodities Ltd. eligible to receive equity shares of Godrej Industries Limited pursuant to the Scheme of Amalgamation of Wadala Commodities Ltd with Godrej Industries Ltd. and their respective shareholders.
