Welspun Corp Limited - Business Update

Further to our letter dated March 24, 2020, we would like to inform that the Government Authorities in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia have announced a curfew in several cities including Dammam where our manufacturing plant is located. This is as part of the Kingdom's efforts to confront coronavirus pandemic and to raise the degree of precautionary and preventive measures for health and safety of residents. <BR> <BR> In view of the above, our plant in KSA has suspended the operations temporarily. The duration of this suspension will depend upon the further directions from the Government authorities. It is pertinent to note that the Company has applied for relaxation from the applicability of curfew as the Company is engaged in a vital sector of manufacturing critical Water and O&G pipes. We are hopeful for a favorable consideration quite soon.<BR> <BR> We are closely monitoring the situation and would take necessary actions as might be required in the then prevailing circumstances.<BR>
