ZUARI FOREX LTD. - Fixes Record Date for Scheme of Amalgamation

Zuari Forex Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company had, at it meeting held on February 10, 2012, fixed March 30, 2012, as the Record Date for ascertaining the list of Shareholders of Zuari Forex Ltd (ZFL). who would be entitled to be allotted shares of Phoenix Township Limited ("the Resulting Company") (PTL) in terms of the Scheme of Amalgamation, approved by the Hon'ble High Court, Bombay, vide its order dated December 23, 2011, and the Certified True Copy of the Order received on January 13, 2012.
