This is with reference to the disclosure dt 13.05.2024, wherein the company had informed about the investment of up to Rs. 40.00 Lakhs to be made in SIA ZIM Laboratories Ltd (WOS). In view of the same, we wish to update you that the Company has completed the process of investment of Rs. 40.00 Lakhs in the equity shares of the WOS.
